Job summary

Al Manhal Water Factory, part of Nestlé Waters KSA, is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner. The role ensures the right products are available in the right quantities and timing to meet customer demand while optimizing profitability.

You will review stock, forecast accuracy, and days of supply with logistics coordination to align production and procurement plans. The ideal candidate has a BS in a relevant field, 3+ years in FMCG, strong English, and solid SAP DSP/APO experience to drive

Qualifications

• Experience with demand and supply planning in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong forecasting analytics and SKU-level planning.
• Good command of English and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of DSP/APO SAP modules and related supply planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand and supply plans to meet service levels and inventory targets.
• Analyze forecasts, stock availability, and production capacity across regions/warehouses.
• Monitor KPIs, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production to ensure optimal inventory and on-time supply.
