Job summary

The Chefz is seeking a Demand Planner in Riyadh to develop and maintain accurate sales and demand forecasts, coordinating with multiple teams to capture monthly and weekly projections while considering seasonality and trends. You will monitor inventory, support replenishment, and help optimize inventory levels across stores.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, linking sheets), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Demand forecasting and Reporting.
• Reviews customer service metrics and investigates root causes.
• Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in demand planning field.
• Moderate to Advance knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables / formulas / linking Google Sheets) etc.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the correct inventory at the stores by analyzing the current inventory status and updating the ordering parameters.
• Daily monitoring of stock movement, running report of daily inventory and sales for forecasting demand.
• Maintaining parameters of the replenishment model and making sure it is accurately input.
• Preparing demand forecasts and initiating ordering to the suppliers and tracking receipt of such orders.
• Managing the relevant inventory in coordination with the Account Managers.
• Ensuring timely and accurate analysis and reporting of inventory and purchase forecasts.
• Dispatching orders to stores and ensuring proper tracking.
• Liaising with suppliers for improving collaborative forecasting planning and replenishment.
• Ensuring maintenance of appropriate and accurate records of in-stock and inventory position are kept.
