Job summary

Nestlé in Jeddah is seeking a Demand Planning professional to lead bottom-up consensus demand plans for categories within the cluster, ensuring product availability, optimal inventory, and strong service levels across channels.

You will chair pre-alignment and sign-off meetings with Cluster heads and sales teams, collaborating with marketing, finance, and operations to drive MBPC processes and prevent stockouts or overstock.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Supply Chain is required.
• Not less than 2 years of experience in demand planning.
• F&B background is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead bottom-up consensus demand planning for 18 months horizon across the cluster.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure stock coverage and optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate with sales, CDT, and marketing teams through pre-alignment and sign-off meetings.
• Monitor KPI evolution and maintain visibility on forecast accuracy and service levels.
