Job summary

Nestlé in Jeddah seeks a Demand Planning Lead to orchestrate bottom-up demand plans across categories for an 18‑month horizon. You will align commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure product availability with freshness and optimal inventory levels, supporting market growth.

Collaborate with sales, CDT and marketing to refine forecasts, manage promo stock, and drive data-driven decisions. Strong communication and stakeholder skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
• 2+ years of experience in demand planning.
• F&B background is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBPC in the cluster for bottom-up demand planning across 18 months in line with dynamics and ambitions.
• Use Sellout/IMS data to build consensus demand plan by category, district and SKU with stock cover policy.
• Perform advanced price elasticity simulations with commercial teams to model multi-scenario implications.
• Collaborate with district sales to improve forecast accuracy across the distribution network.
• Coordinate ICP baselines and baseline uplift for new products/promotions with market size and competitor pricing.
• Oversee end-to-end monthly pallet projections with warehouse and logistics to avoid OOS/overstock.
• Coordinate with local A&P to ensure promo stock availability and timely execution.
• Support order fulfillment and reason-code management for OOS and improvement actions.
• Monitor KPIs such as OG%, tonnage growth, DPA, stock cover and bad goods to improve service level.
• Maintain DPA learning logs and MBPC aligned outcomes with finance provisions.
• Ensure promo stocks are available aligns with promo planning SOP.
