Job summary

PayTech Group is seeking a senior data analytics consultant to support GCC/global clients, delivering predictive models and strategic insights. You will translate complex results into clear recommendations, drive data-driven decisions, and manage client relationships at senior levels.

The role requires 8–10 years in predictive modelling, strong SQL/Python skills, experience with banking/FinTech, and excellent English communication; Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred for senior level roles.
• Regional experience in Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions or FinTech.
• Experience working in a fast-paced matrix organisation and strong English communication skills.
• Arabic language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and workstreams on diverse client projects across industries.
• Leverage data science tools including Test & Learn to develop strategies for regional/global clients.
• Act as trusted partner with client managers, driving success and adoption of data-driven insights.
• Translate analytical outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Plan and structure work, guiding junior consultants to produce impactful analyses and narratives.
• Contribute to intellectual capital and solution development.
