Job summary

Tawantech seeks a Senior Treasury Initiatives Manager to own the lifecycle from intake to business-case approval, partnering with Treasury and IT Delivery. You will translate business needs into IT scope and build end-to-end business cases with expected benefits and cost estimates.

Requires 5–8 years in project management or business analysis in treasury or markets, a Bachelor's in Business/Finance/IS (MBA a plus), PMP preferred, fluent English and Arabic, and familiarity with SAMA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; MBA a plus
• Strong understanding of treasury products, platforms, and operations
• Proven experience building business cases bridging business value and IT delivery
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong stakeholder management across business executives and technical teams
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
• Familiarity with SAMA regulatory requirements relevant to treasury
• Years of Experience: 5-8 years in project management, business analysis, or business relationship management, ideally in treasury or markets operations

Responsibilities

• Partner with Treasury business unit heads to identify shape and prioritize initiatives
• Build end-to-end business cases rationale expected benefits cost estimates delivery feasibility
• Translate Treasury business requirements into scope that IT Delivery can plan and estimate and translate delivery constraints back into business trade-offs
• Own the initiative lifecycle from intake through business case approval tracking progress against plan
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams on treasury platform and API solution options
• Prepare initiative documentation and status updates for management
• Identify and elevate risks issues and dependencies proactively
• Keep Treasury initiatives aligned with the bank s strategy program
