Job summary

Lifera in Riyadh seeks an External Affairs Senior Specialist to manage relationships with government entities, regulatory bodies, and partners, aligning with national priorities and supporting strategic initiatives.

You will develop external communication materials, prepare briefings for leadership, represent the organization at meetings, and identify partnership opportunities while coordinating with internal teams on feasibility and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Public Administration or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in external affairs, government relations, or stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for diverse external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and external partners.
• Monitor policies, regulations, and national programs; prepare briefs and recommendations.
• Develop external communications materials, reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
• Support leadership for external meetings, conferences, and events with agendas and talking points.
• Represent the organization in external meetings, workshops, and committees.
• Track emerging issues and coordinate internal responses.
• Prepare periodic stakeholder engagement reports highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
• Assist in developing proposals, concept notes, and partnership frameworks.
• Conduct basic market scans and opportunity assessments to support decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to assess feasibility and impact of new initiatives.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential partners and contribute to MoUs and collaboration agreements.
