Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Contracts Administrator (Saudi National) to manage contract drafting, review, and compliance across subcontracts. The role requires coordinating with project managers, procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure timely, accurate contract execution.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in contracts administration, budgeting, and SAP, is highly organized, and demonstrates leadership in multi-cultural environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related work experience; high school diploma required.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience; diploma required.
• Experience in contracts administration, cost control and SAP knowledge.
• Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Contract drafting & review – Prepare, edit, and review contract documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Compliance monitoring – Ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations in line with agreed terms, timelines, and regulations.
• Documentation management – Maintain an organized repository of contracts and related correspondence.
• Coordination with stakeholders – Liaise with project managers, procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
• Strong attention to detail for reviewing legal and financial terms.
• Proficiency in contract management systems and MS Office tools.
