Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for major D&B infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will manage contractual obligations, notices, variations, and EOT, ensuring timely responses and compliance with project requirements.

The role requires strong documentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with GCC/KSA experience and a track record in PMC, engineering consultancy, or client-side settings. On-site work in Medina region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of GCC/KSA experience.
• Proven experience administering construction contracts within PMC, engineering consultancy, or client-side environments.
• Experience with Design & Build (D&B) infrastructure and major development contracts is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contract administration, contractual correspondence, notices, variations, claims, and EOT processes.

• Administer and monitor Contractor contractual obligations.
• Review contractor correspondence, notices, submissions and formal communications.
• Maintain claims, variations, notices, correspondence and contractual registers.
