Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate communications, PR, or strategic communications within complex or matrix organizations.
• Proven experience managing communications budgets and agency partners.
• Must have a strong track record in media relations in Saudi Arabia, with established media contacts.
• Demonstrated experience advising senior executives and managing high-profile media engagements.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial, or technology sectors strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing, editorial judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned with global frameworks and local priorities.
• Lead agency ecosystem including PR, media, content, events, and crisis agencies.
• Advise the Country President and senior leadership with executive communications and messaging.
• Oversee internal communications to drive engagement and cultural alignment.
• Own external reputation, media relations, and thought leadership in Saudi Arabia.
• Position Schneider Electric as a leader in sustainability and digital transformation.
• Own crisis communications planning and execution with clear escalation protocols.
• Define KPIs and measure media quality, share of voice, and leadership visibility.
