Job summary

Mynt Labs in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Group Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial strategy, partnerships, and contract governance for the holding company. Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior commercial experience in a holding company or similar.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; ability to review international contracts.
• Proven track record managing external legal providers.
• Strong network within Saudi and GCC business landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external counsel to ensure commercial viability of contracts.
• Lead development of complex agreements, JVs, and MoUs aligned with risk.
• Identify and mitigate commercial liabilities before drafting.
• Drive strategic partnership negotiations and due diligence.
• Design and monitor KPIs for contract performance.
