Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Business Development Associate to support government relations, proposals, client communications, and presentations. You will maintain BD pipelines in Salesforce, coordinate meetings, schedule travel, and assist in event planning and documentation.

Role requires building relationships with government stakeholders, monitoring policies, and ensuring alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. Travel may be occasional; proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar (required).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales support, or office coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools (Preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events and activities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders, ministries, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor and interpret government policies, regulations, and initiatives relevant to operations.
• Support alignment of company objectives with Saudi Vision 2030 priorities.
• Facilitate approvals, licenses, and compliance processes with government entities.
• Represent the organization in official meetings, forums, and events with government participation.
• Provide strategic advice to leadership on navigating the Saudi regulatory landscape.
• Serve as a key contact for BD initiatives and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
