Job summary

Qiddiya, based in Riyadh, seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis professional to lead budget consolidation, forecasting, and spend analysis, supporting scope owners with budget calculations and justifications.

Responsibilities include monitoring budget performance, reviewing vendor invoices, and developing dashboards; the ideal candidate has 3–4 years FP&A experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, finance or a related field.
3–4 years of FP&A, budgeting and control, procurement, and financial reporting.
Consulting background is preferred, particularly in procurement or finance

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and forecasts, supporting scope owners in developing budget calculations, assumptions, forecasts, and supporting justifications.
Monitor budget performance, spending trends, and forecast accuracy.
Track commitments, accruals, and future financial obligations.
Maintain accurate budget trackers and prepare financial reports, spend analyses, and management dashboards
Review and validate vendor invoices, financial claims, and other contract-related payments prior to processing.
