Job summary

NextEra in Saudi Arabia is seeking a driven Business Development professional to lead early-stage opportunity creation across BFSI accounts in the KSA. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive discovery conversations to build a strong pipeline.

The role requires 5–15 years in BFSI BD within IT services, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of opening new accounts with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of BFSI BD/enterprise sales in IT services.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities across BFSI accounts (banks, insurers, fintechs).
• Build relationships with CXO and senior stakeholders.
• Lead first meetings, introductions and discovery conversations.
• Map accounts to identify decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities and hand over to sales/presales.
• Track RFP/RFI progress and keep CRM updated.
