Job summary

Jodayn is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities in Riyadh. This on-site role will drive demand generation, sales enablement, and content creation in both Arabic and English to position Jodayn with decision-makers in the Saudi public and private sectors.

You will own campaigns, ABM programs, and event participation while coordinating with sales, agencies, and vendors to develop annual plans and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4–7 years marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B technology or professional services.
• Proven track record of marketing contributing to sales pipeline.
• Strong writing skills in both Arabic and English.
• Comfortable working with sales teams and using CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with campaigns, email marketing tools and website CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of design tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation: plan and run campaigns across channels to produce qualified leads.
• Build sales enablement materials: decks, one-pagers, case studies.
• Run account-based marketing campaigns targeting priority accounts.
• Support bid and proposal teams with marketing content.
• Produce B2B content in Arabic and English: case studies, whitepapers, posts.
