Job summary

CARMA, a global media intelligence leader, is hiring an Account Manager for its Client Success team in Saudi Arabia. You will nurture client relationships, ensure smooth service delivery, and identify opportunities for account growth.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in Account Management or client servicing, fluency in English and Arabic, and background in media intelligence, PR, or communications. Saudi nationality aligns with Saudization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in Media Intelligence, PR, or Communications is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Saudi nationality, in line with Saudization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery and timely completion of deliverables.
• Understand client business needs and recommend suitable solutions to maximize value.
• Identify upselling and business growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Oversee client onboarding, account activations, and platform training.
• Manage client contracts, account profitability, and service commitments.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, client presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
• Conduct regular client health checks to monitor satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams across CARMA's regional offices to coordinate projects and meet client expectations.
• Proactively resolve client issues and maintain strong, trusted partnerships.
• Provide regular account updates and progress reports to clients and internal management.
• Ensure compliance with CARMA's policies, procedures, and service quality standards.
