• Minimum 7+ years of experience in client relations within a marketing agency or related industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English).
• Effective negotiation skills to close deals and manage client expectations.
• High level of attention to detail and crisis management.
• Proven project management abilities with strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
