Job summary

WonderEight is seeking an Account Executive to join the client service team in Riyadh. You will support the Account Manager in developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies for clients, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and reports, traffic management of resources, and collaborating with creative, strategy, and production teams to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising or equivalent.
• 6 months COOP or up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or client servicing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
• Must be residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin execution of accounts with accurate, timely summaries, and weekly status reports.
• Assist in developing integrated marketing and advertising plans based on client objectives, audience, and budget.
• Support the Account Manager in managing client accounts, coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to implement campaigns.
• Coordinate and traffic creative resources, ensuring accuracy and brand adherence.
• Conduct research and gather data to support client presentations and reports.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions and project details.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and marketing technologies to inform strategies.
