Job summary

The Events and Engagement Officer at Client of Eram Talent will plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile academic and institutional events, ensuring exceptional attendee experience, seamless logistics, and strong stakeholder engagement.

The role works closely with leadership, external partners, and service providers to deliver events aligned with the institution's objectives and reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in event planning or logistics coordination.
• Experience coordinating events of varying sizes and complexities.
• Experience in budget management and financial tracking for events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of academic and other events.
• Manage on-site operations: registration, venue setup, AV, catering.
• Develop event timelines, floor plans, run-of-show documents.
• Coordinate with leadership and external partners to align with objectives.
• Handle procurement, PR, invoices, and post-event reconciliation.
