Job summary

adidas in Riyadh is seeking a Storekeeper to support store operations. You will maintain an organized stockroom, manage merchandise flow to the sales floor and help train team members to follow stockroom procedures.

You will be responsible for recording inventory movements, meeting KPI targets, and upholding safety and store policies. Fluency in English is required; Arabic helps, and 1–2 years in sports/fashion retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1–2 years in sports/fashion retail.
• Basic numeracy and literacy.
• Verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, and take ownership over them to meet or exceed them.
• Prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities.
• Model efficient stockroom operations and complete deliveries quickly and accurately while following stock protection procedures.
• Record and manage all inter-store and warehouse inventory movements in a timely manner.
• Ensure adequate supplies to maintain an organized stockroom environment around the store.
• Comply with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate suggestions to store management.
• Guide and train selected team members on stockroom processes and behaviors.
