Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead premium fashion retail operations with full P&L responsibility. You will ensure visual standards, stock integrity, customer service excellence and adherence to brand guidelines across the store.

You will develop staff, manage budgets, plan promotions, and monitor KPIs to drive sales and profitability while upholding safety and compliance. Experience in luxury brands is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail and wholesale.
• Experience with premium fashion brands is essential.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Ensure visual merchandising, stock availability and safety.
• Lead staff training, scheduling and performance reviews.
