Job summary

FashionUnited seeks an experienced leader to oversee multiple stores in Riyadh, driving performance, recruitment, training and consistent brand standards. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, sales leadership and adherence to SOPs across all locations.

The position focuses on achieving key retail metrics, staff development, visual merchandising adherence, inventory oversight and ongoing coaching to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruiting, hiring and training needs of the store, and efficient decision making to enhance the overall performance of the store
• Orient the new employees to Apparel Store Operations
• Achieve company objectives by ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff and ensure they have the skills and support required for maximizing sales
• Represent the brand by maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience
• Achieve quantitative measures of performance in areas such as units per transaction, average transaction value, sales per month, sales per square foot, sales turnover, shrinkage control, and conversion rate
• Set store sales targets to maximize sales and profitability
• Ensure scheduled staff meetings are conducted regularly
• Maintain and enhance standards of customer service at all stores
• Adhere to and enforce Company SOPs, policies and procedures; loss prevention guidelines; create measures to ensure compliance by all employees
• Oversee the implementation and execution of Visual Merchandising guidelines across all stores
• Monitor inventory movement
• Recruit and train staff on sales techniques, customer service, teamwork, and other brand requirements
• Evaluate employee performance annually and promote open communication through coaching and motivation
• Interpret and decide on operations and visual standards based on store and client needs
• Communicate business drivers, merchandise and quality issues, and other related information
