Job summary

A leading entertainment venue in Riyadh seeks a Supervisor – Stewarding to maintain cleanliness and organization across food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate has 0-4 years of relevant experience and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include ensuring a supply of clean dishes and aiding in overall sanitation. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is a must.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in food & beverage, leisure, or entertainment sector.
• Prior experience in a kitchen stewarding role is preferred.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and organization across all food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain a supply of clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist in the overall cleanliness and sanitation of F&B areas.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job description

At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Supervisor – Stewarding is responsible to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization is maintained across all food and beverage outlets including Central Kitchen. Will be responsible for maintaining an efficient supply of clean dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as assisting in the overall cleanliness and sanitation of F&B areas. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Education: High School/Diploma

Experience:

0-4 Years of experience in food & beverage/leisure/theme park/entertainment sector

Prior experience in a kitchen stewarding role

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and inter-department communication skills
• Ability to competently multi-task and handle a high volume of job assignments
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Ability to delegate with authority and manage departmental work priorities effectively
• Strong and effective communicator, sound teamwork skills

Languages: Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic
