Lucky Eng. Services is seeking an experienced Stainless Steel Foreman to supervise fabrication and installation activities in Saudi Arabia. You will lead crews, interpret drawings, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure welding and finishing meet project specifications and schedules.
Role requires strong hands-on stainless steel fabrication, TIG/MIG welding, and the ability to manage teams of 5–15+ workers while maintaining safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Supervise daily stainless steel fabrication and installation activities Lead and coordinate fabrication and installation crews Allocate manpower according to project priorities and production requirements Monitor daily production and installation progress Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project schedules Coordinate with Production Managers Site Engineers QC personnel and Project Managers Ensure adequate tools equipment manpower and materials are available Identify production or installation delays and report them immediately
Read and interpret fabrication drawings shop drawings assembly drawings sections details and specifications Guide fabricators and welders based on approved drawings Verify dimensions and measurements before fabrication Check component sizes angles connections holes joints and assembly details Ensure fabrication is carried out according to the latest approved drawings Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions Coordinate technical issues with the Site Engineer or Production Engineer
Supervise cutting bending drilling welding grinding polishing assembly and finishing of stainless steel components Ensure correct material grades and thicknesses are used according to project requirements Monitor fabrication of stainless steel railings handrails balustrades ladders frames trims covers cladding architectural features and other components Ensure components are fabricated within specified dimensional tolerances Monitor proper fit-up before welding Ensure correct welding sequence is followed to minimize distortion Monitor grinding and polishing quality Ensure finished surfaces meet the required architectural appearance
Monitor TIG MIG welding activities performed by the fabrication team Ensure correct welding procedures and techniques are followed Monitor weld appearance and workmanship Identify common welding defects such as o Porosityo Undercuto Crackso Lack of fusiono Excessive weld buildupo Distortiono Poor finishingEnsure proper cleaning and preparation before welding Coordinate with QC personnel regarding welding inspections Ensure welders follow approved procedures and project requirements Familiarity with AWS D1 6 or equivalent stainless steel welding standards is an advantage
Supervise grinding and polishing operations Ensure the required surface finish is achieved Monitor finishes such as brushed satin mirror or other specified finishes Ensure weld areas are properly blended and finished Prevent scratches dents discoloration contamination and surface damage Ensure fabricated components are properly protected during transportation and installation Inspect completed components before dispatch to site
Supervise installation of stainless steel components at project sites Ensure proper fixing anchoring alignment leveling and positioning Check dimensions and installation locations before fixing Coordinate with civil architectural structural MEP and other trades Ensure installed components are properly aligned and securely fixed Monitor site measurements and adjustments where required Resolve installation issues in coordination with the Site Engineer Ensure completed installations meet project requirements and approved drawings
Monitor quality throughout fabrication and installation Ensure work complies with approved drawings specifications method statements and project requirements Conduct regular visual checks of fabricated and installed components Coordinate with the QC team for inspections Assist with inspection requests and quality documentation Support the investigation and correction of quality issues Assist with closure of NCRs observations punch-list items and client comments Ensure defective components are corrected before proceeding to the next stage
Coordinate receipt and distribution of stainless steel materials Verify material grade size thickness and quantity where required Ensure materials are properly stored and protected Monitor material usage and wastage Maintain proper identification and segregation of different stainless steel grades Report material shortages damage or incorrect materials Ensure material is issued to workers according to production requirements
Supervise teams of approximately 5 15 workers depending on project requirements Allocate welders fabricators grinders polishers and installers according to workload Monitor worker productivity and workmanship Train and guide junior workers Ensure workers understand drawings and installation requirements Maintain discipline and effective teamwork within the crew
Ensure all fabrication and installation activities follow site HSE requirements Enforce proper PPE usage Monitor welding and grinding safety Ensure proper handling of gas cylinders welding equipment electrical tools and machinery Ensure safe lifting and movement of stainless steel components Monitor hot-work safety requirements Ensure proper housekeeping in fabrication and installation areas Report hazards incidents and unsafe practices Ensure safe working-at-height procedures where applicable

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Stainless Steel Foreman to supervise stainless steel fabrication and/or installation activities for construction, commercial, industrial, and architectural projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading fabrication and installation crews, interpreting fabrication and shop drawings, coordinating manpower and materials, monitoring welding and finishing activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that work is completed safely and according to project specifications and schedules. The role requires strong practical knowledge of stainless steel fabrication, TIG/MIG welding, cutting, grinding, polishing, finishing, assembly, installation, and architectural stainless steel works. The Foreman will work closely with the Production Team, Site Engineers, QC personnel, welders, fabricators, installers, and Project Management.
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in stainless steel fabrication and/or installation. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Foreman or supervisory role. Strong hands‑on experience in stainless steel fabrication. Strong practical knowledge of TIG/MIG welding. Experience with grinding, polishing, finishing, and assembly. Ability to read fabrication and installation drawings independently. Experience supervising welders, fabricators, grinders, polishers, and installers. Experience managing teams of 5–15+ workers. Knowledge of stainless steel grades and fabrication practices. Knowledge of welding quality requirements.
