Job summary

Seerah is urgently hiring a Post Process Foreman for the SS Pipe Manufacturing Industry. The successful candidate will supervise post-processing operations, coordinate production activities, and ensure that stainless-steel pipes meet required quality, safety, and production standards before final delivery.

Responsibilities include leading post-process teams, planning daily tasks, monitoring output and quality, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment on site in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Foreman/Supervisor in post-processing operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good knowledge of SS pipe manufacturing and post-processing activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily post-process operations for stainless-steel pipes.
• Lead and coordinate post-processing operators and production workers.
• Monitor finishing, inspection, cleaning and other post-production steps.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Plan and distribute daily tasks according to production requirements.
• Monitor production output, quality and workflow efficiency.
• Identify and resolve operational and production issues.
• Coordinate with production, quality control and maintenance teams.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of finished products.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and manufacturing procedures.
• Prepare production reports and communicate issues to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily post-process operations for stainless-steel pipes.
• Lead and coordinate post-processing operators and production workers.
• Monitor activities such as finishing, inspection, cleaning, and other post-production processes.
• Ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Plan and distribute daily tasks according to production requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidates must currently be residing in the Philippines or India only.
• Must have a strong background in the SS Pipe Manufacturing Industry.
• Proven experience as a Foreman/Supervisor in post-processing operations is required.
• Strong knowledge of SS pipe manufacturing and post-processing activities.
• Candidates whose experience is primarily in the construction industry will not be considered.
• Only applicants with relevant SS Pipe Manufacturing Industry experience are eligible.
• Strong leadership, team-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage production activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Salary: SAR 4,000–5,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
