Job summary

Senior Project Manager role focusing on technology and digital transformation projects in a Saudi context. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and timelines, and communicate with executives and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

The position requires 5+ years in project management, with 2+ years in a senior PM role, and a strong grasp of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, CS, engineering, business, or related field.

• Proven experience managing complex enterprise or government projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience in stakeholder, vendor, risk, budget, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and digital transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, BA, Development, QA, DevOps, and Solution Architecture.
• Manage client executive, vendor, and other key stakeholder communications.
• Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations.
• Monitor KPIs, budget utilization, and delivery performance.
• Manage Change Requests, project documentation, approvals, and acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Facilitate project meetings and track actions to closure.
• Manage handover, acceptance, closure, and lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and digital transformation projects
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules budgets milestones and deliverables
• Manage project scope risks issues dependencies changes and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product BA Development QA DevOps Integration and Solution Architecture
• Manage client executive vendor and other key stakeholder communications
• Prepare executive-level project status reports dashboards and steering committee presentations
• Monitor project KPIs progress budget utilization and delivery performance
• Manage Change Requests CRs project documentation approvals and acceptance processes
• Ensure compliance with project governance quality standards and contractual obligations
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure actions and decisions are properly tracked and closed
• Manage project handover acceptance closure and lessons learned

Years of Experience Minimum +5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Project Manager role, preferably within technology or digital transformation projects

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification is a must. PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification is an advantage. Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar project management tools. Experience delivering government digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
