Job summary

Blue Yonder, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs in a fast-paced environment. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders while ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.

You will mentor junior project staff, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with internal and external teams to meet business outcomes. Proficiency in Jira, MS Project and PM methodologies is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role managing complex projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (executive presence).
• Demonstrable experience using formal project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, MS Teams, Confluence, Smartsheet).
• Arabic and English language proficiency
• Supply Chain Retail domain knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and closure of multiple concurrent projects or a large-scale program.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans (work breakdown structure, milestones, dependencies) and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external vendors/partners) to execute project activities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; escalat[e] where required and drive remediation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships: set expectations, provide regular status updates and facilitate decision-making.
• Ensure quality management and compliance with organizational processes and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply lessons learned across projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers or project coordinators on the team.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts where projects impact operations or customers.
• Maintain financial controls: track budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders and project teams, while ensuring high quality and on-time delivery. You'll serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance, continuous improvement and client/stakeholder satisfaction.

• Experience in [industry/domain - e.g., logistics & supply chain, software delivery, IT infrastructure, professional services].
• Experience managing vendor/third-party relationships and commercial aspects of projects.
• Experience with portfolio-level reporting and benefits realization.
