Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior business development leader to identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities. You will lead bid preparation and proposal management to strengthen market presence and propel revenue growth.

You will build strong client and partner relationships, conduct market analysis, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals and win strategic projects in the public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in business development and/or proposal management.
• Extensive bid preparation and proposal development experience in KSA.
• Proven track record securing new business and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid preparation and proposal management from opportunity identification to submission.
• Drive client engagement and build relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and business cases for prospective clients.
• Support contract negotiations and convert opportunities into awarded projects.
• Maintain and report on the business development pipeline and KPIs.

Support Jasara’s growth objectives by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, while leading bid preparation and proposal management to strengthen the company’s market presence and revenue generation.

• Lead business development and client engagement activities to support growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across public and private sector clients.
• Manage and coordinate bid and proposal preparation processes from opportunity identification through submission.
• Develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and business cases for prospective clients.
• Support contract negotiations and the successful conversion of opportunities into awarded projects.
• Maintain and report on the business development pipeline, pursuits, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development and/or proposal management.
• Strong local experience in bid preparation, bid management, and proposal development within a reputable engineering consultancy or project management organization in KSA.
• Proven track record in securing new business and supporting revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
