Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects in Saudi Arabia. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders and teams, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

You’ll serve as the primary accountability for project performance, continuous improvement and client/stakeholder satisfaction, guiding teams and elevating outcomes across programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Proficient with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, MS Teams, Confluence or Smartsheet.
• Arabic and English language proficiency and Supply Chain Retail domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and closure of multiple projects or a large-scale program.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to execute activities.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders and project teams, while ensuring high quality and on-time delivery. You’ll serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance, continuous improvement and client/stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and closure of multiple concurrent projects or a large-scale program.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans (work breakdown structure, milestones, dependencies) and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external vendors/partners) to execute project activities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; elevate where required and drive remediation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships: set expectations, provide regular status updates and facilitate decision-making.
• Ensure quality management and compliance with organizational processes and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply lessons learned across projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers or project coordinators on the team.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts where projects impact operations or customers.
• Maintain financial controls: track budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role managing complex projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (executive presence).
• Demonstrable experience using formal project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, MS Teams, Confluence, Smartsheet or similar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Arabic and English language proficiency
• Supply Chain Retail domain knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in [industry/domain — e.g., logistics & supply chain, software delivery, IT infrastructure, professional services].
• Experience managing vendor/third-party relationships and commercial aspects of projects.
• Experience with portfolio-level reporting and benefits realization.
