Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs within a retail and supply chain context. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholder management to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate internal and external teams, develop detailed project plans, drive continuous improvement and mentor junior PMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role managing complex projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (executive presence).
• Arabic and English language proficiency; Supply Chain Retail knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and closure of multiple concurrent projects or a large-scale program.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans (work breakdown structure, milestones, dependencies) and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external vendors/partners) to execute project activities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; esc where required and drive remediation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships: set expectations, provide regular status updates and facilitate decision-making.
• Ensure quality management and compliance with organizational processes and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply lessons learned across projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers or project coordinators on the team.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts where projects impact operations or customers.
• Maintain financial controls: track budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.
