Job summary

• Preparing project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers; monitoring progress against milestones; managing dependencies, issues, changes and quality controls; and providing accurate, timely reports to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitating meetings, tracking actions and decisions, and ensuring project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, supporting procurement and supplier management, and ensuring compliance with policies, regulations and health and safety requirements.

You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, clients and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and achieve agreed outcomes.

Applicants should have proven experience managing projects in a structured environment, with a strong understanding of project management principles, governance and delivery methodologies. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise competing demands and make sound decisions under pressure. Experience managing budgets, cross-functional teams and external partners will be highly valued. A relevant professional qualification in project management, business or a related discipline is desirable, as is experience using project planning and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive projects through to successful completion.
