Job summary

Lenovo in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Quality Engineer to assist in compiling essential quality documents and tracking production quality issues. You will coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers to implement countermeasures and verify quality across the supply chain.

Qualifications

Description and Requirements

• Assist to compile quality documents: control plan, FMEA, inspection SOP, quality report, 8‑D report draft preparation.
• Track production quality abnormal issues: collect defect photos, failure data, coordinate with production/engineering/supplier for countermeasure implementation, track improvement status.
• Support incoming, in‑process & outgoing quality verification; assist IQC/OQC for sample re‑check and evidence keeping.
• Conduct regular quality data statistics: defect rate, reject rate, monthly quality KPI raw data sorting.
• Support customer quality related work: sort customer complaint information, organize complaint record, assist QE for customer reply material preparation.
• Participate in internal quality audit, QCC activity, non‑conformity item follow‑up & closure.
• Complete other temporary tasks assigned by QE supervisor.
