Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is seeking a Sr. Discipline Engineer (Infrastructure) based in Saudi Arabia to lead delivery across large master-planned residential developments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in civil or infrastructure engineering and 7+ years of experience, with expertise in utilities, roads, drainage, landscape infrastructure, and coordination with consultants and contractors under PMC-style project delivery.

• Ensure alignment of utilities, roads, stormwater, and sitewide infrastructure packages.

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is a leading Joint Venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, established to deliver world-class program management services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.

We are seeking a Sr. Discipline Engineer (Infrastructure) to join Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC).

This is a full-time role based in Saudi Arabia.

The project involves large-scale residential community development comprising villas, small buildings infrastructure networks, utilities, roads, parks, and commercial facilities.

The role reports directly to the Project Director and involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a closely related engineering field.
• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, including work on large-scale residential communities, infrastructure networks and utilities, roads and public realm, or mixed-use/commercial developments.
• Strong experience across utilities, roads, stormwater and drainage, landscape infrastructure, and sitewide infrastructure coordination within infrastructure projects.
• Experience with PMC-style project delivery on large masterplanned developments.
• Proven ability to coordinate with a Project Director, consultants and contractors, and manage external stakeholders across large infrastructure packages.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM/Revit, or other infrastructure design and coordination tools commonly used on large community developments is a plus.
