Your role will involve coordinating workflows, providing guidance to team members, and driving performance to meet operational goals.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the activities of operations staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Provide leadership and direction to team members including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring performance
• Train and onboard new team members ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and safety procedures
• Monitor workflow processes and identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and customer service to coordinate operational activities and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures, safety regulations, and company policies in all operational activities
