Job summary

Starlinks Group is seeking a Senior Logistics Leader to head warehouse and transport operations in a fast-paced, high-tech FMCG environment. You will drive end-to-end logistics, implement advanced WMS/TMS, and ensure on-time delivery, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a skilled team, apply lean methods and data analytics for inventory planning, route optimization, and cost efficiency while collaborating with suppliers and partners to deliver exceptional service and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse and transport management; 3+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance warehouse and transport operations using advanced systems.
• Oversee transport, routing, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure FMCG quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Use data analytics for inventory and logistics planning.
• Drive lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners for seamless integration.
• Promote sustainability and manage budgets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with storage and delivery standards.
• Leverage TMS/WMS/automation for efficiency.
