Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor in Warehouse Management or Logistics.
• At least 1 year experience in spare parts warehouse.
• Knowledge of storage, labeling and classification methods.
• Proficiency with computers, inventory systems, and Excel.
• Accurate recording and reconciliation of quantities.
• Ability to organize inventory and conduct counts.
• Strong communication and coordination with technicians.
• Integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive spare parts and verify quantities against documents.
• Inspect parts for damage or shortages.
• Classify, label, and arrange spare parts in designated locations.
• Issue parts to technicians per approved requests.
• Record all receiving/issuing/returning in the system and update balances.
• Monitor stock levels and submit replenishment requests.
• Conduct regular and surprise inventories and reconcile balances.
• Handle damaged/returned/unusable parts per procedures.
• Coordinate with technicians to prevent maintenance disruption due to shortages.
• Report slow-moving or idle parts to supervisor.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
