Job summary

Hamad Bin Abdullah Al-Manea Company is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage and organize the spare parts warehouse for electrical and electronic devices in Riyadh. You will receive, inspect, label, store, issue, and record all parts while maintaining accurate inventory balances and ensuring parts are available for maintenance work.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management or Logistics.
• At least one year experience in spare parts warehouse management.
• Knowledge of storage, labeling and classification methods for spare parts.
• Proficiency in using computers, inventory management systems, and Excel programs.
• Accuracy in recording data and reconciling quantities and balances.
• Ability to organize inventory and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Communication and coordination with technicians and maintenance centers.
• Commitment to integrity, safeguarding the inventory, and teamwork.
• City: Riyadh – preference for living in neighborhoods in the south of Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Receive spare parts and verify quantities and specs with supply documents.
• Inspect received parts for damage or shortages.
• Classify, label, and arrange spare parts in designated warehouse locations.
• Issue spare parts to technicians and maintenance centers per requests.
• Record all receiving, issuing, and returns in the system and update balances.
• Monitor inventory levels and submit replenishment requests when needed.
• Conduct regular and surprise inventories and reconcile with system balances.
• Handle damaged, returned, or unusable parts and document per procedures.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure maintenance is not disrupted by shortages.
• Monitor slow-moving parts and report to supervisor.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety storage requirements.
• Prepare periodic inventory movement and quantity reports.
• Maintain custody of warehouse and prevent issuing parts without documents.
• Comply with company policies, security and safety procedures, and safeguard assets.
