Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy with at least 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or hotel. English fluency and flexible scheduling are required to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, aromatherapy) safely and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic treatment room per standards.
• Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with spa professionals to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions.
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor and exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
