FreshStart UAE in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a talented Sous Chef to work closely with the Executive Chef and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in luxury hotels or fine dining, a culinary degree, strong leadership, and excellent English (Arabic is a plus). The role offers a tax-free $1,600 monthly salary plus benefits and requires flexibility for weekends and holidays.
