Job summary

Enova Facilities Management Services L.L.C. is seeking a Site Supervisor for solar PV installation and related electrical/mechanical works in Jeddah.

You will oversee daily site activities, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with drawings and safety standards, and coordinate with engineers, consultants and the client team to achieve project milestones. The role requires 2–5 years of experience in construction/project supervision, a relevant diploma or degree, and an IOSH/NEBOSH-style

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 2–5 years of construction or project supervision experience.
• Experience with solar PV projects is a plus.
• HSE certification such as IOSH or NEBOSH is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for solar PV installations and related works.
• Monitor subcontractor manpower, productivity and workmanship as per schedule and standards.
• Coordinate with Enova engineers, consultants and client teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, method statements and specs.
• Promote safety culture and ensure PPE use.
• Report progress, risks and resources to the Project Manager.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover as required.
• Maintain housekeeping and material management on site.
