Job summary

Enova Facilities Management Services L.L.C. is seeking a Site Supervisor for solar PV installation and related electrical/mechanical works in Jeddah.

You will oversee daily site activities, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with drawings and safety standards, and coordinate with engineers, consultants and the client team to achieve project milestones. The role requires 2–5 years of experience in construction/project supervision, a relevant diploma or degree, and an IOSH/NEBOSH-style

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 2–5 years of construction or project supervision experience.
• Experience with solar PV projects is a plus.
• HSE certification such as IOSH or NEBOSH is mandatory.

• Maintain housekeeping and material management on site.

• Ensure compliance with project drawings, method statements and technical specifications.
• Maintain strict adherence to HSEEQ requirements and promote a strong safety culture at site.
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections and ensure proper use of PPE by all site personnel.
• Report site progress, issues, risks and resource requirements to the Project Manager.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities when required.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and material management at site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction/project supervision activities.
• Experience in solar PV projects considered an added advantage.
• Mandatory HSE certification such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
