Lexzur Software Implementer Expert

In this role, you will provide functional & technical expertise and support on Lexzur Software Solutions for prospects and clients. You will work with business users to understand business requirements, participate in the pre-sales and sales phases by recommending and designing processes/solutions/features based on Lexzur products. You will install and integrate Lexzur solutions on Client premises or remotely, setup and configure them to fit into the client business needs. You will provide training to end-users and administrators to be operational on the software.

The Candidate will

• Implement and configure Lexzur software products to adapt to client needs.
• Migrate Data from clients' old systems to Lexzur Software.
• Write and design the business specifications based on clients’ needs.
• Write and design technical documentation based on the clients' needs.
• Design new tools and modules to be implemented for clients.
• Work closely with Developers and IT to test and validate required developments.
• Provide business, functional, and technical support to our clients.
• Assist other Business Analysts and Implementers in their missions to deliver on time.
• Alert the Customer Success Team and reverting back to Team lead when needed.
• Provided support in a timely manner to the client.
• Provide product demo and master the business need / scenarios.
• Be accountable on the satisfaction of existing clients.
• Ensure efficient communication and delivery of enhancement requests with the Developmentteam.

Desired skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering within the IT industry.
• Experience with software implementation, configuration and data migration.
• Experience in IT support and interacting with clients.
• Experience with SaaS applications (web applications).
• Experience in IIS (Internet Information Systems).
• Experience in webservers and hosting/installing web apps on Windows and Linux servers.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in the related field.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Personable and comfortable communicating with clients via various platforms and technologies.
• The ability to convey complex technical topics with simplicity to clients.
• Previous experience with problem solving in a technical environment would be highly beneficial.
• Ability to work under pressure for a fast paced, exciting company.
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Experience in PHP, SQL, 3-tiers architecture, Web Services, Docker, and related technologies.
• Experience in legal tech is a big plus.
