Role Description

This is a full-time, Social Media Manager role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across PECTIV®’s social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging. The role includes managing social media calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to grow audience engagement and brand awareness. The Social Media Manager will respond to comments and messages, collaborate with marketing and creative teams, and support influencer and partnership initiatives. Daily responsibilities also involve staying updated on social media trends, proposing new ideas to enhance reach, and aligning social media activities with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and improve campaigns across major platforms.
• Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
• Content Strategy experience to develop calendars, align content with marketing goals, and adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to refine content and targeting strategies.
• Experience with social media management tools and basic design or multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
• Proven track record managing brand social media accounts, ideally within FMCG, beauty, health, or lifestyle sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
