Zusammenfassung

KEO International Consultants invites you to join our Riyadh team as a Resident Engineer. The role leads the construction supervision team to ensure on-time delivery within budget and in accordance with the contract.

You will supervise site engineers, surveyors and inspectors, maintaining high standards of safety, quality and compliance with local codes and project designs. Infrastructure experience is essential, including highways, underpasses and bridges.

Qualifikationen

• 20+ years of work experience in Civil Engineering.
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Infrastructure experience is a MUST; highways, underpasses, bridges.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily activities on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans, technical specifications, and safety regulations.
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, complying with engineering designs, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of the project, resolving any technical or logistical issues that may arise.
• Track and report project progress, including schedule adherence, milestones, and budget control. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and meetings.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, work logs, and inspections. Ensure timely submission of documentation to the client and project team.
• Identify potential issues or delays and take proactive steps to resolve them in collaboration with the project team.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, adherence to design, and to assess if work is progressing as planned.
• Ensure that all activities comply with relevant local codes, standards, and regulations, and that environmental considerations are addressed.

Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Resident Engineer to join our team based in Riyad, Saudi Arabia.

This position is responsible forleading the construction supervision team to ensure that the project will be delivered on time and within budget according to the contract. The role will supervise the work of the site engineers, surveyors, inspectors, and all other disciplines working on the construction site.

We envisage success in this role to include;
