We are currently looking to hire a Site Supervisor (Construction Background)

Work Location: Riyadh, SA

A site supervisor in a real estate company is responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the site.
• Ensure that work is progressing according to the project schedule and within budgetary constraints.
• Monitor the quality of work and adherence to construction plans and specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel on the construction site.
• Coordinate and allocate resources such as labor, materials, and equipment efficiently. Maintain inventory control for construction materials and equipment on-site.

Work Experience

• Relevant experience in real estate or construction field.
• Previous experience in construction management or site supervision.
• Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
