Saudi Services for Electro Mechanic Works (SSEM) is recruiting a Safety Engineer to join our HSE team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing and enforcing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and related regulations.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with recognized HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH, and have strong communication and monitoring skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (minimum).
• Recognized HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA 30 Hours).
• Knowledge of the construction industry.
• Good communication and monitoring skills.
• Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training for workers and supervisors.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Maintain safety records and documentation.
