Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering risk-based safety programs, providing expert HSE guidance, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years of construction safety or HSE experience, hands-on knowledge of IMS/ISO standards, and relevant CSP/CHST or NEBOSH credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction safety or HSE roles within large-scale projects.
• Experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ISO standards is required.
• Qualified ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor is required.

Responsibilities

• Review RAMS to ensure safety of personnel and assets.
• Implement and maintain HSE management systems and safety programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through inspections and audits.
• Lead incident investigations and produce detailed reports.
