Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our project team, supporting major landscape, public realm, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on site experience to manage daily activities, coordinate disciplines, and ensure works follow approved drawings, specs, quality standards, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in construction/site roles.
• Experience in landscape/public realm projects.
• Proven subcontractor management and multi-activity coordination.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specs, and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities per drawings and specs.
• Coordinate civil, landscape, irrigation, hardscape, softscape, and MEP works.
• Review drawings, method statements, and site conditions before execution.
• Monitor subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment to targets.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues impacting progress.
• Track progress against schedule; flag delays and risks.
• Follow up on RFIs, inspections, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Ensure QA/QC and HSE standards are met on site.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure availability.
• Support testing, snagging, and handover activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress updates and site records.

• Manage and monitor subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project targets.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering and project teams.
• Identify and resolve technical and site‑related issues that may impact construction progress.
• Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and highlight potential delays and risks.
• Follow up on RFIs, inspections, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Ensure all site activities comply with required QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure availability in line with the construction schedule.
• Support testing, snagging, completion, and project handover activities.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress updates and site records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant construction/site experience.
• Strong experience in landscape, public realm, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and multiple construction activities on site.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, and HSE requirements.
• Experience coordinating civil, landscape, irrigation, and MEP disciplines.
• Strong coordination, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
