Client of Eram Talent is seeking a Site Manager for on-site renovation projects in Medina, Saudi Arabia. You will represent the client, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely, quality delivery in line with approved drawings and HSE standards.

Responsibilities include supervising contractors, monitoring progress, resolving site issues, leading coordination meetings, and ensuring successful handover of renovated housing units.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of construction and site-management experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary contractors and coordinating site activities. Health, safety, environmental, and quality knowledge required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Client's primary representative at the project site and coordinate with the PMC, contractors, designers, operations and end users.
• Monitor renovation progress, contractor performance, schedules, resources and site constraints.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical and other construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, risks, delays and site coordination challenges.
• Lead site coordination meetings, track action items and review contractor progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, testing, defect closure and final handover.
• Liaise with operations and facilities management to confirm housing unit readiness.
• Provide regular management reports on progress, risks, delays and required decisions.

The Site Manager represents the Client on-site and oversees renovation activities to ensure safe timely and quality delivery in accordance with approved drawings specifications project requirements and HSE standards The role coordinates contractors and multidisciplinary stakeholders monitors project progress resolves site issues and ensures the successful completion and handover of renovated housing units

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of construction and site-management experience. Proven experience in housing renovation, residential refurbishment, or building construction. Experience managing multidisciplinary contractors and coordinating site activities. Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Project or construction management certification preferred; relevant professional registration where required.
