Job summary

Midis Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Site Project Engineer to manage engineering construction projects on site, ensuring deliverables align with quality standards and budget targets.

You will supervise staff on site, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with management to deliver projects on time while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and quality in coordination with the direct manager.
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes.
• Prepare schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects on site.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve project methods and profitability.
• Establish field test methods and conduct quality checks to meet standards and specs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety measures and perform regular safety inspections.
• Prepare site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost with the direct manager.

Position Requirements
